You get what you pay for is all I can say. Maintenance has gotten better over the last year and that is one of few positives. Everything else is pretty much sad and disappointing. The place is run down old and gross. Moving in was a nightmare mainly because when I showed up I was given a different room and a random roommate that I didn’t know about until I got here. There are structural issues in all of the building and put up “temporary” supports that have been here for years. The clubhouses are basically shacks that nobody uses. The pool has been closed since before fall of 2020. All the appliances are older than dirt and are loud. My garbage disposal and washer literally shake the walls. There has always been a problem with bugs, mainly roaches and spiders. Long story short there’s too many issues with the place and I regret not moving into somewhere else. ...

The office staff is full of inbreds. The maintenance staff barely does anything but it's not their fault. I rented from fall 2017 through summer 2018.

I moved here for the pre-paid benefit. it is NOT worth it!!! I would much rather live in the on campus apartments than deal with the hassles of Heritage Grove. The buildings are NOT maintained, it always looks like a dump, nasty people live there, and the management is terrible and rude. The rent is way too high for the apartments! You have no choice of internet or cable companies and they charge way too much for the service. You are not able to get wireless internet.. it has to be plugged into the wall. MY daughter lived there for her Sophomore, and we stayed there a few times. I thought the property was beautuiful, the location is great and the prices were average, and my daughter was happy there. Don't move here. It's garbage. The location is nice, but when I moved in I got furniture that had holes in it. My door also looked like Van Damm tried to kick it in. Management changes frequently.
