Overall amazing experience so far. building are a bit old but maintenance can be counted on to fix or replace anything. Great amount of space for cost. Amenities are awesome, ie. pool, laundry room, common fields. Staff are great, friendly, understanding, and great with communication. Neighborhood can be a bit sketchy at times but nothing has happened on property in my experience. ...

I will be moving in in the fall and I hope that it meets up to the expectations. The good reviews is because they get discounts if they do them, so it’s hard to pick out what’s actually the truth or not but we will see.

Chartre Oaks is an okay apartment complex. I moved in under a sublease agreement, and they allowed me to move in the same day the former resident's lease was over. Very grateful for that. However, maintenance is not proactive and does their job half, barely. I called to complain that none of my requests were fixed and the maintenance man told the employee that was assisting me that he was not going to come back to my apartment because he fixed my issues. Which he did not. Prices are decent, but winter time expect your rent to be high because their A/C units are so old that the heater pulls alot of current! ...

It is walking distance to three different colleges and has a wonderful staff. They have affordable apartments and plenty of parking spaces. Also very pet friendly! However, it is not the most luxurious.
