The management is extremely horrible. They lose checks and try to evict you. When you move out, they charge u for a nonexistent koolaid stain!!! Thats what it says when they send you the bill. Please keep all of your reciepts. They try to nickle and dime you. If you have no other choice, then do what you need to do, but avoid this place if you can. I rented from fall '06 through summer '08. ...

The management is horrible! I would not recommend to anyone because of the poor management but the location was great. it's close to FAMU I rented from fall '07 through spring '08.
