Lived here for last 3 years of college. Best deal in town as long as you have furniture. Landlord is great and the maintenance team is awesome as well. I rented from fall '06 through summer '09.

If you have a car or scooter, then your fine. I had to rely on the bus system, but other than the location the place is fantastic.
