Overpriced, roaches, claim to be luxurious town homes but are NOT!, everything breaks easily, sinks always clog, bathtub appears clean but there is buildup all through out the cracks, AC doesn't work appropriately! WAYY overpriced and they will get you for every penny you have! I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF OF EVERY PENNY THAT YOU HAVE! THIS PLACE IS SO overpriced. Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Not only is the rent ridiculously high, there is dog $#*t everywhere, people get robbed, and my car got towed even though I lived here. They do not care what you say, they will make you give them every cent you have. Save yourselves and your money now and FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE!!!! ...

During the school year parking after 9 is like finding a needle in a haystack. Lanlord... lol you never actually talk to her unless your late on rent. I rented from spring '06 through summer '07.
