My experience here has been everything I anticipated it to be. I have been here six months so far(since 01/2021) and I would not think of relocating for my last year in college here at FSU. I resigned my lease for 08/2021-12/2021 and I am so excited to be staying here again! It has been under new management since I arrived and I can only say you won’t be sorry if you choose this apartment complex for your home away from home. The staff if very attentive for all your concerns or issues you may have any during your stay and the apartment complex has definitely gone above my expectations. ...

I've loved it so far. It is an expensive rate to pay each month for a college student, but it includes a lot of things that pay off. I am a new resident here at Quantum on West Call since January 1st 2021. I can say that my experience living here for the past four months have been exceptional! I love everything about this off campus housing so much that I have already chosen to spend my forth and final college year living here. Giving them a five star in every category is because they have truly earned every star! I have had a very good experience with Quantum. I have lived here since it first opened, in 2018. It is very nice, spacious, and stylish. The staff is always so friendly and they frequently have events going on in the clubhouse. It is located steps away from campus which is very convenient.
