the landlord is completely rude, and doens't treat her tenants with respect. The buildings are old and run down and not kept up well at all. they spend all their money on the dorms and none on the apartments. dont rent from here. also theres a lot of crime, and the apartment complex doesnt take any precautions. I rented from fall '08 through summer '09. ...
