From the time that I am writing this, I would say the first part half of my experience here at the The Greens was great. Although while being in college, I have experienced very poor service and maintenance in the second half.

I LOVED LIVING HERE! Excellent place to live. Upon move out however, I was grossly disappointed. I DID break my lease. I had a HORRIBLE Family tragedy that required my departure and I simply could not afford to stay. Afterwards however, I tried to go back and settle my debt via payment plan and they gave me a list of charges that were completely loaded. It was extremely disheartening considering how much I enjoyed living there. I rented from spring 10 through summer 11. ...
