Bad roommate matching, cops at least 3 times a week,very high utility bill and apartments in bad condition.

I go to TCC and I have to say, this is the best place to go if you have a problem sleeping in. You can litterally wake up 10 min before class and get there before it starts. The place has a washer/dryer and a relatively updated kitchen. The apartments can look a little ugly (mainly because they are brown) but they are not that bad once you are inside. Also I love the blue carpet. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...

Thorough maintenance and friendly staff. The appliances are pretty nice and up to date- unlike most places in town! I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.
