To begin, they added charges to my lease after wrongfully allowing me to sign a lease that was for the year prior. Then, we have since had problems with our upstairs neighbors being loud, dropping stuff on our balcony (paint, water that fell onto my roommate, and their dog peed)and their staff has showed that because the people who live above us pay more, we won’t win. All in all, I just don’t think they were considerate of me or my situation and wouldn’t recommend. ...

They are good-willed but not the most helpful. For an apartment complex full of college students, I would have hoped for safer, more considerate accommodations. Their amenities are the best but you end up paying for the cons more than the pros, in my opinion. ...

For the few months, I have lived at Urban Enclave I have enjoyed every second of it. Moving in was a hassle as the leasing office is not organized as well as you would hope, and the gate to get into the parking lot still does not work but those are my only negative comments regarding Urban Enclave. On the upside, it is very dog friendly and has an extremely warm neighborhood feel. Another great aspect of Urban is the Starbucks coffee maker in the clubhouse that is free to residents daily. ...
