This is absolutely the WORST apartment complex that I have ever lived in. I am a super clean person and I have had to deal with a major Cock Roach and ant infestation. Multiple things in the apartment where already broken upon arrival. The apartment smells like mold probably due to how old the carpets are. They have stains all over and the carpet is not nailed down to the floor so it bunches up in places. Parking is horrible, the spots are so close together you can barley get in your car when someone is parked next to you and guest have to pay to park. My car has been broken into multiple times. Door handle always breaks due to being electronic. Takes maintenance forever to fix a job and when they do try to attempt to fix a job they just half --- it lending it to break again. Takes multiple complaints and follow ups to resolve a problem. I will NEVER again rent an apartment that is owned/ operated by Student Housing Solutions. I rented from summer 2015 through winter 2016. ...

I hate the management and the parking! Professional parking services is the tow truck company for this complex and they are ruthless! They RAN OVER one of my friends when he was walking through the complex and nothing happened to them! NEVER LIVE HERE! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I just moved out of the place and I already miss it. I had a lot of fun, great people, great location. It is really close to the stadium so you can literally walk to a FSU game. Some people dont like the maintenance guy but he was pretty cool about fixing our sink when it wasnt working. All I can say is that I had a great time and want to move back. I miss my neighbors. ...

My friends and I just moved in and it seems pretty cool. Spacious rooms and a good deal for being right next to the stadium…we had a few things that needed to be fixed but they took care of it really quick! I rented from fall '09 through fall '09.
