Aqua was not such a bad place to live but the front office staff sucks there is no way Aqua can keep good Residents with the front desk staff that they have they are so rude to each other. Taitianna and the one who sits behind the door (M) change up your staff keep more residents :) :)......There is a job to be done I overheard them discussing about other staff(Avery & New Guy) that work there and one of them reactly just started and I think he is great. ...

They shut down water often. This is like 2 Thursdays in a raw. I only get Thursday off from my work and without water, I can't do any cooking, cleaning etc. Very inconvenient. The rent has increased a lot. But no water here

Pros: Great maintenance staff. Great location. Nice dog walking track behind the apartments. Bus route. Pool. Grills (must supply own propane). Parking. Decent size rooms. Cons: Outdated appliances. Pest issues(especially after remolding. Terrible office staff. The ledger for book keeping is complete shit. Overprice utilities, trash fee. Out of date cables ran into apartments for internet. Trash compactor is a shit show. Corporate office is rude as can be. Mold issues, and leaks into downstairs apartments. AC issues. Electric bills are rather high(that's a GRU issues though). Water mains break all the time. Prices are jumping up drastically. I rented from winter 2018 through summer 2019. ...

LIES, CRIME, ROACHES AND NEW MANAGEMENT ALL THE TIME. RENT INCREASE EVERY YEAR. I rented from fall 2015 through fall 2016.

The landlords at this establishment are not friendly in the least bit. It always feels like a business transaction when talking with them. When it comes to maintenance, be prepared to call numerous times to even get someone to come out to your apartment. Also, don't expect your security deposit back. Then, when you ask why, be prepared for the cold shoulder. Not a good place at all! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
