I lived here for a year. In the middle of my lease, they "lost" one months rent money order (which they force you to use, since they won't take cash or checks). After failing several attempts to recoup the money, I thought the matter was settled, or they
would at least take partial responsibility for losing it. Neither! They sent me to a collection agency and extorted me for $575 plus a $350 collection fee. Although the staff is nice, the property management company is a shark and they know the demand for nearby apartments makes up for any lack of service on their part. All I can advise you to do is watch youself, get EVERYTHING documented, and NEVER leave your money order at their drop box. In short, Paradigm Properties is absolute garbage and if you don't believe me, ask a free student attorney at UF since they tend to know who the worst of the worst is in the area.
In addition, I hope you enjoy cockroach infestations and tow truck sweeps at the parking lot during special events like graduation.
Good Luck,
A Paradigm Property Victim

This apartment complex is disappointing to say the least. Rent may be low, but they are still running a business and the least they could do is exercise some common sense and decency! Some of our difficulties so far: given the wrong address for mail
forwarding, A/C unit broken upon move-in, next-door apartment flooded during maintenance and nobody told us so it leaked into ours (hundreds of dollars in property damage), quoted the wrong rent due, missing/intermittent mail with monthly statements being returned to companies as "non-deliverable", etc.
