It was a very nice place to live. The area was a nice place and had good facilities around for use a college student. It wasn't close to the school, but was still a fairly short commute. I enjoyed my experience there and would recommend it.

Staying at the Crossing at Santa Fe is an affordable place, with a clean environment, and friendly staff members. This apartment complex makes you feel like home, having all the necesites you need, as in a gym, pool, study room, and etc. Why waste gas whenever the campus is right in front. No need for a car! ...

The Crossings is a very welcoming place to live at. Everyone in the front is very nice and gets everything done when requested. The rent is very cheap compared to other places in Gainesville. The location is very convenient for students attending Santa fe. I really enjoy the pool and basketball court which are kept clean. There was a mold and roaches. Walls were chipped and cracked. Carpet was disgusting. They might charge your for damage that was in the apartment prior to you coming here. The place is a dump I rented from summer 2019 through fall 2019.

This place is terrible, and the people in the front office are rude. Not only does literally every building have roaches, but the property managers try and blame the problem on you. I've lived here for over a year now and everyday of that time my apartment has had roaches. Their "pest control" doesn't work at all, and the actual apartments themselves aren't fit to be living in anyways. I would highly recommend finding another place to live. I've been trying to leave, but they wont let me out of my contract. DON'T LIVE HERE! NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! I rented from fall '09 through spring 11. ...

This apartment is only good for those who don't have much cash and need the convenience of walking to Santa Fe Collgee. Just about everything else about the Crossings is negative. NEVER re-sign your lease, it's a TRAP!!!! There are many drug dealers in building 6, landlords only care about the money they make. If your late on rent there a 50 dollar fee the first day and 10 dollars everyday until you pay it!!! You get fixed with the awkwardest room mates, and it takes a very long time for problems within the apt to get fixed. Again NEVER RE-SIGN your lease it's a TRAPPPPP! They look for every reason to charge you. The whole place is irritating. High crime. Annoying parking. Very dirty. The electrical issues. My roommate and I got charged $20 total for overages for electricity, when both our A/C and Heater were never turned on. Management told us it was normal for phone charges, and kitchen appliances just being plugged in to use up to $100 of electricity. We didn't even plug in our TV. They look for any reason to charge you or take advantage of you, so be on your guard if you rent from here. But I strongly suggest NOT to even give this place another thought.
