Greenwhich was fine. Nothing fantastic. My experience has been great. Stayed in a 3/3 flat. Utilities ranged $80-160. Our second year we didn't have neighbors so no noise. The first year the neighbors could be noisy but i found great comfort in ear plugs. They tow after 7pm unless your guest is in visitor parking. Maintenance flakey. Sometimes maintenance showed up after two hours, and sometimes they never showed. It took me 5 attempts to get my 'carpet cleaning' that came with my renewed lease, before they finally showed up and cleaned it. Next to bus 12 stop.
