It took 4 months to get my deposit back. Florida law requires it to be returned within 30 days. What else? It's a nice location but old and overpriced. No amenities (unless you count the washer dryer room which doubles as a sauna). Window heater/a-c units which are better at making noise than cooling you off (or heating you up).
