Way overpriced for what you get. When I moved in, it was disgusting and wreaked of dog. It took me about 4 months of cleaning the carpet and using air fresheners to get rid of the smell. Cheaply made building and horribly insulated. I rarely used my air
conditioning, in fact, I was hardly home so my thermostat was kept around 79 degrees at all times, and my electric bill was around $300 every month for a tiny two bedroom. I was told that when I moved in, I could paint the apartment as long as I primed the walls before I left. I proceeded to paint one wall in the living room, and one of the bedrooms. I even hired someone to come prime the walls back to white before I moved out. They looked perfect, and the entire apartment was left in much better condition than when I moved in. I recently received a bill from Oxford Manor for $250 to cover the cost of repainting my apartment. They stated that it cost them almost $500 to repaint the few walls, and that I had done an insufficient job of priming. It is not my fault that they hired a ridiculously overpriced company to paint. Bottom line, don't sign a lease here. You can find so many nice places for a better price. I moved into a place that is almost three times the square footage in the same area, beautifully constructed building, and great amenities for a cheaper price.
I rented from fall '08 through summer 10.
