F YOU WANT TO MOVE THERE YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT ...I was rented at Skyview for three years and i made a security deposit for $1600. This year I decided to move somewhere else and at the checkout the Management decided to keep $1400 based on "repairs" which it is insane considering that the apartment had minor issues. The wood floor had a minot issue and they said that the repair would cost $480! On top of that they charged me $354 for the replacement of the carpet in JUST ONE ROOM. DO NOT EVEN THINK TO MOVE THERE! I rented from fall 2013 through winter 2017. ...
