The hardwood floors and private secure parking made all of the difference in the world. This is a family run business that doesn't have the corporate feel of some huge apartment complex. Plus, in less than 2 minutes walking I could go from my front door to my feet being in the water at the beach. For the money, there was nothing better!!!! THANKS MAV!!!!
