The duplexes are pretty nice (considering they were built in 1985). The neighbors are mostly really friendly except for a few people (one blond haired big nosed women in particular) that need to get their own life and stay out of everyone else’s business. Management SUCKS! Mr. Chang, who is supposed to be running the place doesn’t care or acknowledge complaints. There was construction going on to change the sewage to city sewage for over 6 months with meant that all the roads were torn up. While the construction crew was there they broke a panel on my fence. I complained to Mr. Chang (which is hard to do anyways because office hours are 10AM to 4PM Monday – Friday ONLY and for people that actually work this causes schedule conflicts) about this back in the middle of January. I emphasized the importance of getting my panel fixed because I have to large dogs that could easily knock the panel over and escape. He assured me that he would get his maintenance crew to fix it the following day. It is already the middle of March and he has not done ANYTHING about it. Also, he hired a crew to install a sprinkler systems throughout the property, and they did an AWFUL job. Two of the sprinklers wake me up EVERYDAY (Sunday – Saturday) between 3:30AM and 4:30AM because instead of water the grass, the sprinklers either hit my bedroom window or my car which is parked under the car port. Mr. Chang doesn’t seem to care about this problem either, because he has still not made on little attempt to try to fix it. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
