I'm not a very picky liver, but this place is atrocious. Sure, maintenance comes fast to fix your closet doors, but not when you have a poisonous snake in your house. No, they wait a day or two. And unless you pay for a covered parking spot, good luck parking at night. Many nights even guest parking was full, and I had to call up friends and ask if I could crash on their couch. I'm paying to live in a neighborhood that I can't even live in. The walls and ceiling are unbearably thin; when the upstairs neighbors are literally just walking around, it's a thunderous noise and the roof trembles. That's not their fault though. They do like to shout and blast music until 4am. Clearly that is their fault. This is student living no matter what the front desk says; there will be trash, booze, loud music, screaming, and the lingering smell of pot and unpaid-for pets everywhere. I could seriously go on and on. If you are roped into living here, the only person at the office who cares about you is Ryen. Make sure you go when he is working. I have lived here for about four months and can't wait to move out! The location is great for UCF students, but that's about it! Go half a mile further and rent drops at least $200. They are way over priced! The fitness center needs major updates, the equipment looks about 12 years old. Parking sucks. No one understands that trash goes in a compactor and not in front of it, so EVERY morning there is piles of trash to look at. Tons of frogs too! ...
