I lived there 3 years and it is the worst place I have ever lived. The apartments are roach invested and run down. The manager is rude and nasty. I only stayed because I couldn't afford to move. I rented from fall '04 through fall '07.

the park is junk. the boards at the park are broken. kids could get hurt. Gang activity in near-by neihborhoods.
