Not happy with staff... The spanish lady with the short hair is rude... There was a robery and a shooting in the building across from me and the office said they knew everything but did not care to send out any reports to notify the residents. I am a home owner and i live there and it is not a safe community... gates are a joke and they need to stay closed all day... neighbors are nice but some are ghetto and its not safe to exit or enter your vehicle at night... I rented from spring '08 through spring '08. ...

Small units, about 700 square feet total. Not really worth the price. If you need to get in somewhere quickly and don't have much to spend on deposits, then this place is perfect. Has lake, volleyball area, and really great pool. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
