My experience was definitely horrible there. The room was completely dirty. I found all over the place dead and other insects. The floor looked like it has never seen an vacuum cleaner before. The Toilette completely dirty. The chair full of hears and i even found hairs in the fridge. In the whole apartment it smelled like weed. After I complained about it, the cleaned my room after i already did. Didn’t see any difference. After a couple of days, i moved out. The only good thing i could get out of the lease. The women in the office promised me i only had to pay for the couple of days and she will sent me the money back. After a couple of days, when i already moved out, i got an E-Mail with the answer there is no money left. She even charged me for the cleaning and never replayed to me. So please look for something other! ...

So far it has been nothing but positive. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially when it comes to questions or maintenance. It is very affordable for what it is and is conveniently close to the colleges nearby.
