Run, don't walk away from this place, speaking as a parent, it is not a safe environment, there was a stabbing on the property in oct. 07, my son was accosted by three thugs, they beat on his car until it was dented, luckily he had the sense to get away from them quickly, but they were gunning for him too. Management were not bothered and wouldn't let us out of lease, even for a settlement, I'm paying two rents now, but it's worth it for peace of mind, and that's how desperate I was to get him out of there.
