this is a great place to live if you enjoy living in filth, like being taken advantage of by management, and you don't mind being robbed at least once during your stay. maintenance is a joke and the place is crawling with bugs and mold. if you're a university student you're better off in a dorm. I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...
