I lived in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit at Castle Apartments for 1 year while attending Florida State University, and I don't have a single negative thing to say about them! The apartment manager, Jennifer, is truly one of the nicest people I have ever met - she went out of her way to assist me when I needed it, and she does a great job managing the units. Maintenance was always performed quickly, though I rarely needed anything; however, one member of the maintenance crew even helped me get the water connected to my washer when I was having trouble! The location is great; no "sketchy" stuff going on. I never had a break-in or any other issue of that nature. Most of the residents are families and/or serious students, so they keep to themselves and aren't partying or loud at all hours of the night. The apartments are beautiful and the location is kept up nicely, and the price is great! I highly recommend them; I wish there was somewhere like Castle Apartments where I live now!
