It was exactly what I was looking for. I chose it because all utilities were included and it was close to campus. It is a no frills apt with great maintenance. If I ever had a problem, they came right away.

Old converted motel with stained carpets, no closets and limited outlets. Scary laundry room and old burned out building behind the property. Avoid! Wish I had.
