My experience was great. I lived in a 2/2 with another friend. The price is cheaper than most and I never had any major problems. The apartments could use some updating, but they were spacious and everything worked. Utilities could become expensive too.

I know it seems that people only go on the internet to write reviews when they're mad or that all apartments have bad reviews but DO NOT LIVE AT VILLA SAN CARLO. I've had my apartment flood four times! Once the water covered the entire living room! Also, I've had RAW SEWAGE back up into my tub and toilet twice! Maybe I could stomach these if anything was done about the maintenance, but they claimed there was nothing they could do and eventually STARTED TO IGNORE MY PHONE CALLS. I know for a fact because I called several times with no answer and a friend called and they picked up on the second ring. All that was done in to remedy these ridiculous flooding and sewage issues was someone coming in and spraying bleach water down. I am at my wits end with these people and CANNOT WAIT to move out!!! Not only is my apartment a disaster, the staff is a JOKE. I beg you, PLEASE DON'T LIVE HERE!!! I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

POOL! This place has a great pool, but not only that...there are TWO OF THEM! I love to swim and exercise so this was a logical choice. Ontop of the pools, they have a great (although kinda small) gym. It's a great place to go after studying or to get rid of some stress. As long as you keep your place clean, you wont have to worry about bugs...but somepeople are lazy and complain that they have roaches. Everyonce in a while you can hear your neighbor but everyone is pretty nice and keep the volume down on school nights. I rented from summer '08 through summer '09. ...

Just big mistake to even consider moving into this place. If you like roaches, this is place to be. We kept our house in awesome condition, and had to put out own roach bait out. And still after fogging and spraying the place they still came out. God forbid you ask management to do anything, and watch out for all the hidden fees in your contract. Just so I dont seem to biased, it is located nicely between FSU and TCC, but thats about all I can say nice. Honestly do yourself a favor and read as many reviews as you can about the place. Many floorplans to choose from..2 pools! And an awesome fitness center. The staff is nice and there’s lots of parking! I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.
