Great apartments near FAMU campus. Apartment rent includes cable, internet, utilities, and furniture. The bus stops right out front, and they have made a lot of improvements this year. I renewed because the value is the best for off campus apartments close to FAMU. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

The old management sucked, but it’s been way better since it changed. Office staff are polite and helpful and the rent is cheap I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.
