This place was great. It is on Pensacola Street which means you are just seconds away from tons of resturants and both TCC and FSU. It's full of college students and sometimes you can hear them through the walls. It's a decent sized place for one person and the kitchen is pretty nice compared to lots of other places. Although...the visitor parking can be a pain sometimes since there are not many spots. ...

Love the location I’ve lived in this area for the past 3 yrs! So close to everything…especially my favorite restaurant gordos. the staff is always nice and there’s lots of pool chairs! I rented from fall '08 through fall '09.

DISGUSTING. walls are paper thin - so you will hear your neighbor all the time. MAJOR roach problem. Overpriced - stay away at all costs I rented from fall '08 through fall '08.
