I lived here 2012-2013, and for the most part, it was fine. It really does have a nice location, so if you don't have your own car, it's an option. When I moved in, my apartment was spotless. When I moved out, my apartment was still spotless (because we
actually cleaned) and I was not charged a thing, so I have no complaints there. The maintenance guys are awesome... if you report something, they will come almost immediately (usually the same or the next day). As for management, I cannot really attest to anything because everyone I encountered was always extremely nice... but then again, I never had any problems/issues to report or deal with. I only have a couple of complaints. It is absolutely true what everyone says about towing. I know Professional Parking Services are responsible for the towing, but there is clearly some kind of lack of communication between Villa Reanna and PPS... because I had multiple times where I would have friends visiting who parked in VISITOR spots and got towed. Multiple times. I know it sounds ridiculous but I would recommend that visitors take pictures of their cars in visitor spots so they at least have a change of disputing charges in case they do get towed. I also wish they actually used the gates or enforced some other safety measures. There were multiple times where I would see strange people lurking around the complex. One night I walked back from Po Boys (next door) and this guy lurking around the complex started to follow me back to my apartment.. it was creepy and I became pretty paranoid after that incident. If you're a girl who relies on walking places as a source of transportation, there are probably safer places to live. Overall, I think the place is slightly overpriced for its value, but I never really had any situations that made my living experience here anything less than normal.
I rented from fall 10 through spring 11.

I have been here for only a few months but I really enjoy it. The place was clean and had a nice kitchen (which is a major plus since I LOVE to cook). It is on Pensacola st. so everything is close by...fsu, tcc, restaurants, what have you. The place was
a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. I love this place.
I rented from summer '09 through fall '09.

I just moved in to villa reanna and it was very convenient to unload my stuff right near my apartment. The staff was helpful and accommodating…my dog likes the place too ..lots of room for her to run around!
