The apartment itself was nice and maintenance was good initially but later it was worst. It is not a safe place to live anymore. Its not a gated complex and burglary happens very often. Management is money-hungry and will screw you like a **** star if you give them half the chance The keep increasing price of rent every time you try to renew. we lost many valuables from apartment due to burglary. Water bill and Trash is very high and is not included in rent. Washer and Dryer is also not included. Though we cleaned apartment we received $2500 move-out bill with bogus charges.
