Crosswynde Condo/Apts are a slum and a terrible place to live. You cannot get anything done as the maintenance people are totally clueless. The management team in the leasing office is pleasant and polite when nothing is wrong, once you talk to them about a problem they do not want to hear it and rudely dismiss you. The office staff is just as clueless as the maintenance people. If you leave a message on the office voice mail, nothing gets recognized as they must hit the “DELETE” button and move on. It seems that the lease is one sided, totally in favor of management. The crime rate here is unbelievable. Between the cars vandalized, the apartments being broken into, and from what we have been told “Insiders” are to blame, they actually case the parking lot and see who leaves so they can break into your home, NICE isn’t it. It went as far as the FBI being involved due to the stolen property found in an apartment and the car theft ring in here. Parking here is a joke. They have people taking up 2-3 parking spots for 1 car. Initially when moving in I had to ask to have a handicap parking spot installed. The spot is too small for the car and on top of that management does not even enforce parking laws for the disabled. It is a sin, they take your money each month and that is all they want to do. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND SANITY DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL BE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED. ...
