Halo 46 is a newly built student apartment complex with all necessary amenities. I live in a 4x4 with three other people but I believe the match making process and outcome could have been more accurate because I am not very close to any of them and all three of them known each-other prior to moving in. The only complaint I have about halo 46 is its thin walls and parking garage. I believe I should not pay $30 every month for a parking spot and the garage is always full to the top! ...

Halo 46 has one of the best facilities around USF. The apartment units are very nice and when touring were for sure my favorite. The bedrooms are spacious and come with a lot of storage space and desk space. Despite this the management still was not the best and most of the time seemed like they were trying to take advantage of my roommates and I. They promised a lot of things and either took several months to deliver or never delivered. ...

I have been living at halo 46 since my spring semester of my freshman year and I am a current junior going to my spring semester. when I first moved in a subleased and had the greatest experience and loved my roommates. When me and my friend switched units our experience was not so great, we had many bugs and roaches and they had to fumigate three times and we have had a lot of issues since. but overall I love my apartment and I cant see me moving anywhere else now. ...

Halo 46 is an exceptional student living community. The beautiful property is not only home to myself, but to many other college students. Conveniently located only a mile off of the USF campus, it makes for the perfect off campus student living facility!
