Even though the apartments at Grand Reserve are all unfurnished, you get a lot more for your money versus staying in a student property, and the amenities are way better! They provide your washer and dryer, so that's a plus too. I have a 2/2 apartment and love the layout! My rent is really reasonable because I got a move-in special. It's just under $1000 and I split it with my roommate. I rented from fall '06 through spring '08. ...

nice place...safe, clean...the pool is awesome and the office staff is pretty cool...would definitely recommend I rented from summer '06 through winter '07.

parking is AWFUL!!! They gave us parking stickers like it was supposed to serve some sort of purpose, but yet I spent 90 percent of my time here parking on curbs because there was never any spots. They're also rude here. It's a great location with poor management and over priced living. They don't follow up on their word or take care of maintenence requests. The tenants are half students half families, which isn't bad. I had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom for $1000 a month. Jade apartments offers 2 bedroom 2 bathroom for 900 a month. It's right next door and the apartments are just as nice. I didn't hate it here, just didn't think it was worth the money. Look around before you settle here. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
