By all means avoid living here. Management is HORRIBLE. They will not work with you by any means and are very rude. The crime here was by far worse than I could ever have imagined-to the point where the Police advised me to move out because of personal attacks and threats....and no surprise-management did NOTHING. The model apartment is a poor representation of what you will actually be getting. The apartment was filthy upon move in. There was paint all over the carpets from over spray. The carpet itself was gross. There were all sorts of stains including gum, bleach and who knows what else. One of the bathrooms in each apartment has an air condition drain that leaks a black disgusting slime into the shower. The couches had to be replaced because they too were gross. My window in the bedroom isn't sealed so i have mold growing under my window. Multiple items in the kitchen needed to be replaced. The whole apartment reeked of cigarette smoke as well as everything in it. The office staff is horrible. Anytime I have questions it doesn't seem that anyone knows the answers. It takes forever for anything to get fixed, even after multiple complaints. The overages charges are awful. We get charged for both gas and electricity with only a $125 cap. Not nearly enough for a 4/4. Be prepared for big bills. Overall I would definitely not recommend this place to ANYONE! This by far has been the worst living experience for me and my 3 roommates yet. My apartment is very nice and new- although it was filthy when I first moved in. The management is very disorganized and has no respect for the residents. There seems to be no communication within the office. When putting in a work order you often have to call back several times to get them to come in. There are obnoxiously loud parties every Friday and Saturday and sometimes in the middle of the week. We moved in believing that the clubhouse would have brand new 24 hr ammenities. They didn't open up until a couple months after moving in and they are not 24 hrs. I was lied to and decieved. I really appreciate Pegasus Landing after moving in to Connection. Don't move here I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...

This place looks nice on the outside but in this case looks are deceiving. I went to the pool and the pool cleaning company came to clean and I over heard one of the workers say, "Wow this pool is so disgusting. I don't see how people are here." Also, if you want to use the gym, computer lab, or tanning bed forget it. I would call about once a month and they would say either we are waiting on a new one, we are waiting for the state of florida to approve it, or no it will work in the Fall for new people coming in. There was so much more that happend that I just don't have to time to write it all down. I have one more month here and then I'm moving to Northgate Apartments.
