Island club is an average complex. Newly renovated both inside and out. Bug and mold problems. In 9 months of living there, there has been a managment change 3 times, and the staff changes alot. Every month there are new people in the office. The maint. guy (roman) is very nice and is the only one left that was there when I moved in. He is very good at fixing what is wrong in a timly manner. The one bad thing is that a car full of kids (16-18yrs old) parked outside of my apt (they didn't even live in the complex) and would party in the parking lot, do drugs, drink, play music loud, dance, pee on the fence, and they hit my car with their car door.
