This apartment complex is the biggest scam you will ever come across. The manager is condescending, rude, money hungry and fake. When you call the office, they rarely answer, but if you go in you see them not busy at all so that does not add up. Before moving in, because me and my roommates are college students, we were not even given a full tour, they tried to make us move into the bigger 3 bedroom (over 1000 more a month), by telling us 2 months before move in that there were no more smaller 3 bedrooms. I ended up looking online and saw one available, and after 5 calls of argumentation and fighting they finally gave it up. After that nightmare was over, we moved in with a roach infestation in our kitchen. Whenever I would go to them and complain, they simply said "we will put you on the exterminator list", and half the time he would not show up, and it was OUR responsibility to tell them to put us on the list every single WEEK. The bugs were there the ENTIRE time, and the office continually blamed us, even though during our initial inspection we told them about them and how our kitchen was absolutely INFESTED. It was disgusting to say the least. We finally moved out after our yearly lease, and not only did they keep our almost 2000$ deposit but they also tried to force us to pay 600$ for things like the AC panel (which was constantly broken, and fixed by THEIR matienance people), "drip pans", carpet clean and even "apartment clean" (150$). Oh, and 200$ for "not returned" keys, even though only one was not retuned and when I asked a person in the office how much a key replacement cost, they told me 15$. When trying to dispute it (my roomies and I are out of state), they refused to answer our countless emails and calls, (we were trying for WEEKS), and the 500$ charge magically disappeared eventually off of our account. We still have no idea if it was disputed or what because they refuse to answer emails and calls. Not only that, but you constantly hear children screaming at all hours of the day. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO, SCAMMED, LIVE WITH BUGS AND CONSTANTLY HEAR SCREAMING KIDS! The community is pretty but NOT worth it for what you get. YOU. HAVE. BEEN. WARNED. (by the way, it would ALL be 1 star, but this website won't let me do that.) I rented from summer 2019 through summer 2020. ...

Pricey for a student, must have roommates! The apartment itself is very nice, lots of light, great space, not old and moldy yet. But the electrical cost is pricey, especially since they ask you to keep your air-conditioning on so the apartment does not get humid and moldy. And they there is the cost for trash valet and water too. So check into all expenses before deciding. The staff are lovely, but the computer/business office only has one working computer and the printer is 1/3 of the time out of use. The grill is 60% of the time out of fuel. Maintenance is timely and useful. The social life is for you to create here, but there are people hanging by the pool during some of the days. Not sure what they do for work :) Note that this website does not go past the year 2011, and its 2015. The cost of the apt is for 2rooms/2baths and lovely other spaces I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...
