It’s a terrible apartment do not live here. Your utilities will always be broken (ex: toilet randomly exploding 5+ times a day and maintenance not fixing it for almost 2 weeks) and they’ll constantly charge you extra for no reason so you’ll have to call to get it taken off your bill. Also if you live on the first floor get an extra lock for the front and back door bc people will try to break in and there’s 0 security. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy ...

Only some apartments had new carpet and not all were updated the same. People were loud and busy late at night on the streets and you could hear a lot of car traffic. They also increase prices every year.

As somebody who's lived at Jefferson's for over a year now, I just want to say that it is a great place to meet new people and learn to live independently but with the support of other students around you. Living at Jefferson's makes me feel like I am part of a community that is friendly and welcomes its inhabitants with open arms. Furthermore, I really like its central location (minutes from downtown and campus), its elegant interior design that's relatively new, and the free cable/wireless internet, gym, pool, game room, and study area. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this complex and recommend it. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...
