Cabana Beach Apartments is a nice oasis from campus but close to shopping centers and the mall. I have felt safe at Cabana and the staff has hosted enjoyable events that were free of charge. The staff can be sometimes inconsistent with their communication but for the most part I have had no issues with getting my maintenance problems solved. The pool and clubhouse is a great place to relax if you are trying to get out of your apartment. The bus system also comes to 3 bus stops on the premises so it is easy to get anywhere from this location. ...

My experience has been fairly alright. The living quarters are fine, no real complaints there, and the amenities are something to look forward to with a 24/7 fitness center, computer lab, and a big pool.

Upon move-in, there was the prior residents' trash and belongings scattered about. Staff was unable to help with the clean-up process besides a preliminary checklist for documentation. Living quality was adequate, with the only reason for recommendation being close proximity to the University, the mall and grocery stores at under $600. ...
