I lived in the apartment for 1 year. It's a very old apartment, AC vent has mold, and drops water from the vent. Sink always leak. Doors have distortion... . They don't care about the tenants. If you want to extend your stay for a couple of weeks or months, no way!! When you move out, they want you leave everything as brand new, and they will charge you from your security deposit with very high price. They need your secrity deposit to run their business. It's not a nice place, and it has terrible stuff, especially Linda! Don' t live there I rented from summer '08 through summer '09. ...
