While the rent is cheap, the management is horrible and the apartments are poorly built. They use the cheapest materials possible, which are constantly breaking. When you need emergency maintenance, they say that they'll be right over and then don't show up for hours. Water is coming through my wall right now, and I've been waiting on the maintenance guy who said he'd be right over three-and-a-half hours ago. The pool is dirty. The playground is dangerous. The grass is filled with fire ants. The neighbors are noisy, and speed through the parking lot. Especially if you've got kids, DO NOT BOTHER! I rented from spring '07 through summer '08. ...
