This place MAY seem very nice. HOWEVER - the landlord/ contemporary management are truly AWFUL people. If you send in a maintenance request- be lucky if they ever come and then if they don't- they hold you responsible for it with your security deposit. Even if you leave the place in AMAZING condition - they still take out most of the deposit. And then the place was built so crappy. You will hear the entire conversation of your next door neighbor in their bedroom. You will hear EVERY word of their television. They try to tell you that the place is soundproof- its a COMPLETE lie. You will constantly be woken up at night from people coming home wasted from the bars. TRUST me this place is horrible. You're better off at Jackson Square right next door. I rented from spring '07 through summer '08. ...
