Great location. The grass gets cut. The ducks have plenty of room. There’s been several change of ownerships and a huge amount of work has been done here in the last year. Bus route is goood. I’m writing this just to get the star.

I have to write something and I really don’t want to. I have had a couple of Very small issues that I’ve brought to the staffs attention when they got here. Close to a year now they’ve been here. One is the bathroom at the pool. I’ve been going to that pool for years and never seen them closed or vandalized. They don’t want the responsibility. the maintenance man circles the complex with his boom boom on before work and after work. I’ve asked Christina over and over to a ske hi why and to please stop. Huge apartment with a back yard for an affordable price thats close to campus also. Manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second year living here and i highly recommend it! I rented from fall '06 through summer '07.
