The Ivy House is a luxury dorm for UF and SFCC students. Its right next to sorority row. The rent is SUPER CHEAP, because it's a dorm. They have doubles and singles. I found out about them from a friend who lived there the year before, and I took a virtual tour on their website. Not bad! Rental rate includes all the bills, with no caps and the rooms are furnished. Better than the Gainesville apartments that are really far from campus.
