No way.don’t move here This place should be called the ghetto. Or worse Staff is rude and on some power trip. I don’t recommend it they took away a pool because they keep letting the lowest people move in. Stay home all day on welfare and let their kids destroy the areas ...

Place is awful. Rude staff and they lie about pricing. Dog park is gross and stove hasn’t worked in weeks. Also a strange man asked me if I needed him to carry my groceries inside?? I don’t feel safe. It smells like weed and grounds are not kept well

I was a first year PhD student when I stayed here. I really enjoyed my tay here. I had virtually no problems. I would stay if it was cheaper--too much money out of my funding. It was dirty when I moved in, but nothing too outrageous. I did have to caulk my kitchen to keep out flying roaches the first week or so., but I had no more problems after that. Maintenance can be slow, so you have to stay on them. If you give low ratings on your emailed survey after a maintenance job, management calls you and they are prompt to fix any other problems you may have (that week only though).They have free food (pizza,etc) every month. I do see raccoons at night on the weekends coming to the big dumpster. They're bigger than cats, too. There was a stray cat problem by my bldg for a couple of months. I kept calling but it took about 2-3 months before they disappeared. I rented from summer '09 through summer 10. ...

Don't believe them when they say you're getting the lowest rate, because they are lying! I renewed my lease, paying over $800 for a 1/1; new people are only paying $700! Don't believe them when they say it is easy to sublease; they've got plenty of empty apartments they are trying to fill. Also, the apartment is old and they don't fix the damage from the previous tenant. I have cracked doors and broken tiles, and the first thing I had to do when I moved in was clean it from top to bottom. As for parking, no one is EVER towed, and visitors take up all the spots! If there is a broken-down vehicle taking up a precious spot, you have to hound them to death before they will tow it, IF they will tow it. Forget finding a parking space, even though you paid for it. Oh, and don't plan on moving in anytime soon--they are doing construction (very noisy!) on the outside of all the buildings. If only they would fix the insides! I rented from fall '08 through fall '09. ...

Not Great Apartments for the price. The apartment even though the outside is nice is old. Old appliances. I also don't like the apartment because in my unit I had a roach problems. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
