I have been living here at Woodhaven for 7 years. Initially i loved every aspect of living here. I dealt with small rent increases over the years. But since the new management has taken over Every year my rent has increased Substantially!! Living on a fixed income i tend to pay close attention to increases when there is no additional benefits given to justify the increase. We Now have to pay the complex an additional homeowners insurance on top of our personal insurance. The newest increase is water to water the landscape I am told. In May i had a $50 increase, now for June it is an $83 increase for water and sewage. My new lease begins in July with an additional $60 plus increase. This will definatly be my last year only because it's too late to orchestrate a move in 3 weeks. I truly hate to leave this area but the explanations I received for continued increases is unacceptable. ...
