This place is horrible. There are tons of bugs, tons of noise, tons of trash. This place is a disaster and has continually gone downhill in the year and a half I've lived here. I CANNOT wait til my lease ends at the end of November. Vandalism is rampant. I can't even get the post office to deliver my mail to me anymore as it keeps getting stolen out of my box! Supposedly, the office takes packages for residents, however I always come home to find them on my doorstep! Real safe seeing as how items out of my locked mailbox are getting stolen. Bugs are a huge issue. My neighbors are really noisy at night and are now taking to feeding the millions of stray cats that canvas the complex--leaving wet cat food and milk in our hallway, attracting even more bugs. Every week it seems I get a new letter on my door telling me of more vandalism and what amenity they have shut down this week because of it. The gates are a joke. I have never seen all 3 of them working at once, and if one's broken (even if it's the OUT gate) people will always go through it. I rented from spring '07 through winter '08. ...
