So this place is kind of falling apart. But the location makes up for that, being on both the city and the UGA bus lines (less than a block to either). What makes me wish that I'd never moved in was the trouble I had the third year I lived there with a crazy and abusive neighbor that the apartment company, Power Properties, did nothing about until she was literally standing outside my door screaming "you don't deserve to live." I had to go to court over this because they refused to take steps to protect other residents. They didn't care and didn't do anything until I brought the police report to the office, not the first time that I had to contact the police over the course of this ordeal. They don't replace anything that they can kinda sorta repair and then have to come back and fix again and again. I'm now in an apartment where they REPLACE things that are well and truly broken, SUCH a big change. But hey, if you like UGA football, move in here.
